[Replacing Small Diameter Clutch] In the 2 st 100 cc such as ADDRESS V100 and LEAD 100, everyone was a Clutch of φ 110 series. Since we have products in the direction to reduce weight by converting Clutch of φ 125 to the one of φ 110 for recent PCX etc., we tried to adopt the same Approach. I found Taiwan's TFC zero four parts Small diameter Clutch (φ110) I happened to find something for KYMCO G6 and installed it as being compatible with GY 6 line of TIGRA.
Clutch in 4500 rpm, Full opening half Clutch 8000 rpm, Clutch meat to 9000 rpm to 10000 rpm Rotational rise from around 6000 rpm exceeded a little faster, but it still seems to be 0 when turning from 4500 rpm in half Clutch state to 8000 rpm. It felt like Iraq coming to a sense of toughness about 5 seconds.

About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the Kitaco reinforced clutch spring set that contains 6 x 60% stiffer steel springs with a protective coating. You can see the difference in my attached photo of the Kitaco spring on the left and the Honda spring on the right. About the feeling of use: Much better clutch feel and bite off the line with this increase in stiffness, I can now control the clutch engagement way better from a stand still in first gear then I could with the Honda clutch springs fitted. Products to buy together: A reinforced clutch lifter is definitely needed to be purchased along side the Kitaco reinforced clutch spring set or the cast Honda clutch lifter will break. Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes about one hour, the right crankcase cover needs to be removed to access the clutch assembly and the clutch springs can be replaced insitu after removing the clutch lifter. Not difficult to do. Cost performance and comparison with other products: The costing of the Kitaco reinforced clutch spring set is by far the best value 60% spring set out there on the marketover, for comparison the SMR 30% clutch spring set is three times the price. About shipping and packaging: The faster shipping options are too expensive for myself so I just have to wait for my part to arrive via sea freight. Webike kept me updated on the status of my order up to when it shipped. The parcel arrived within the expected date range and was well packaged with no chance of the part being damaged. Very affordable product from Kitaco and well packaged when shipped by Webike. The 60% increase of force on the clutch system was not over powering with the feel at the lever which was great but was noticeable with the pick up at the clutch pack. To use all six of the springs together it is recommended to also use a billet clutch lifter plate to minimize the chance of this breaking or use the standard cast lifter plate with just three of the springs mounted at the bolt locations. With the combination of these two products I still have not achieved the desired feel of my clutch operation so will be installing the newly released Kitaco reinforced six clutch disc kit soon.View Detail
Planned to make a baby stunt bike from my Honda Grom) OEM clutch springs did not allowed me to perform even the simplest wheelie the way a wanted. Studying a Grom forums I found a link for those springs whith positive reviews. Terms of delivery and package like always with webike did not give a chance for complaints. Installation was not a problem, even whith my little experience. About quality and texture, I can confirm that the quality is great and that a mixture of materials are used from aluminum alloy for the clutch lifter to steel for the clutch springs. About the feeling of use, One of the three essential parts to upgrade in your engine. The original clutch springs are very weak and effect the quality of the riding experience but you cannot just increase the strength of the springs as the clutch lifter is also very weak and unable to handle the increase. This set resolves all the problems related to the weak clutch perfectly. Products to buy together, More parts to upgrade the poorly designed or weak original parts like the oil pump and cam chain tensioner set would be ideal to also add to your cart. Difficulty of installation, I can say the fitment of the reinforced clutch lifter set for my installation was average due to engine cover removal and clutch disassembly required for access.
