I bought the Exhaust System at the same time I bought this BigThrottle too. Installation is a bit confusing in the attached Instruction Manual, so I looked it up on the Net and replaced it. You will need special tools T25 and T20 to replace the Throttle. Although it was troublesome to remove Cowl, I made it bareheaded in order to install KITACO's i-mapCoupler as well. Since this is a replacement with the air cleaner removed, the Silicon spray makes it easier to work with when removing the air cleaner. I exchanged it for a NORMAL today and took it for an early test ride. The extension from 3rd to 4th gear is so much better. The top speed is low because it is JA 07 type, but if you combine it with KITACO Muffler, you can get +10-15km. The power is very nice and lush. (^^) I think I'm going to attack the mountain roads. (^^;)

Since we talked about this product which I had been worried about before, although I just exchanged it, I talked about Power up, so I bought it as part of CROSS CUBPower up plan this time.
To be honest, "Exchange" It's called Image "Replace" It was an impression. It took me about 3 hours to do this work like myself, but the accuracy of the product was wonderful, the original Sensor and others come with pom Pom! I was touched! What I fought the most was the process of removing the connection with the Air cleaner box. It was Large fun to fit ....

I think Thailand or Vietnam's CUB is Throttle body attached with Standard Just remove the OEM's Throttle body and replace it. It's easy to install, 30 minutes for those who are familiar with it, and I think that it can be done with an amateur even 2 hours. After exchanging I was able to experience Torque up across the whole area. I picked up fuel injector part number 403-9000040 from Kitaco for my big bore engine set up. Unfortunately this K004 2.6 times fuel injector was too big for my current engine set up and did not perform as desired. Will being keeping this and trying it our again in the future with a different engine set up. Installation requires disconnecting of the fuel line and electrical connector then lightly lubricating the supllies o rings with engine oil before fitting. Good fuel injector and at reasonable price.
