The kx piston skirt broke, so I considered replacing the rod and bearing while taking the cases apart. You would expect this piece to last a long time, it is the most abused parts. oem lasts a really long time. pro-x is a good alternative both japanese made. We replaced the stick and so far everything works great!View Detail

This off roader came in for a new piston fitting due to a broken set of rings. The piston was supplied but I also needed the piston pin as this was also slightly damaged. Finding the correct piston pin was not hard as I just used the tools Webike provide in their help pages which has links to manufacturers schematics etc. I also double checked for my own peace of mind with Kawasaki parts catalogue to make sure I got the right one. The price Webike had these on sale for was really good value. With a few other small parts I placed my order and had them all shipped together using EMS. The delivery of my order took 5 days from shipping. The package was well padded out to protect all the small parts and no damage was sustaiined during transit. This piston pin came in a nice little Kawasaki packet. The finish of the pin is excellent. The shaft is smooth and well machined. No weird score marks, everything was very polished. The inner diameter is exact which is also nice. Fitting was not particualry hard as the piston was already out of the bike and everything just needed reassembling. Half an hour or so. Excellent quality Kawasaki part. The engin now runs a lot better and luckily there was no damage to the cylinder. Thank you Webike for the great service.View Detail

This has had a hard life for such a young bike but that is what track days do for a bike and the conrod bolts needed to be changed. The old ones were not in great shape so I got a whole new set or 8. I also got the original nuts to go with these bolts so I know the job was going to be done right, first time. The part numbers were pretty easy to find and I used Kawasaki schematics to make sure they were the right ones for the bike.With a few other parts for this old girl, my order was hipeed via EMS and arrived to me in 5 days. All my items were packed very well and these bolts were in their own Kawasaki packet, Webike also had the foresight to staple all of them together so none could be lost.The bolts themselves are really well made, the threaded sections are crisp and clean, there are no weird burrs or machined shavings in sight. God forbid you get any extra pieces of metal in the engine when you are fitting these. I am very pleased with the purchase and now begins the rebuild. You can do this yourself if you are confident and take your time. I have had more engines apart than I care to remember. Anyway, thank you Webike, very pleased indeed.View Detail
