I bought this flexible funnel to avoid getting oil over my Yoshimura exhaust when removing the GSXR 1000 oil filter. Space is quite tight so it is hard to get the filter out quickly without leaving a mess and this funnel helps keep things cleaner. [How is it used? Exhaust pipe is messed up when changing oil on XJR1300C. Even if you remove the oil filter, the exhaust pipe and frame will be messed up. Finally got around to buying this.
Was the one you received as per Image? Just like the image! But it might be smaller than I expected... This is my mistake. large is also small. If you are in doubt, buy a large one.
How was your experience with it? The image is of a YZF-R25, but my impressions of using it on an XJR1300C is that it's GOOD! I haven't used it on the Filter side yet, just pulling it out of Drain. Exhaust pipe messes can now be avoided.
