Touch is now better.I bought this for the Nissin OEM Master Cylinder Repair for my 98 GSF1200, and although it is not available for the Nissin OEM, I thought it was a bad idea since it is a Horizontal Type and the piston diameter and shape are the same. I was very pleased with the results. I had to choose between the Ichi and the Drumstick, but since you post a picture of the part number itself, I was able to purchase the Large.View Detail

Overhaul of Semi-radial masterIt has been about 5 years since I replaced the front master with a semi-radial, so I decided to overhaul it.
Once the master has been removed from the vehicle, remove the reservoir tank and lever that are in the way of the work, and remove the pump part only. After that, clean the cylinder part, install the new kit in the reverse order of disassembly, fasten the new kit with the snap ring provided, and fit the boot. I applied a light coat of metal rubber to the rubber part of the inner parts before installing. If you take the parts of the stock master, you have to install the supplied packing by yourself, so you have to be careful not to damage the packing when installing.
After the pump part is assembled, the lever and reserver tank are installed. After this, it's time to install the fluid in the car body, and then continue with the tedious air venting process.
I finished the whole process and did a test run, and it worked fine. There is no visible improvement, but I can use it with peace of mind for the time being.
The key point to remember when working with these parts is that the boots are new in the kit, so you can handle them roughly if they are difficult to roll up. However, the white plastic parts in the center of the Inner Spring are not attached to the Kit and need to be reused, so you need to handle them carefully.
Needless to say, Brakes can be dangerous if they malfunction, so if you choose to Rose them yourself, do so carefully and at your own risk.View Detail
