[Super Low Friction System]
It is the lifeline of the front fork Low friction technology that determines the feeling of operation. NITRON has developed the concept of "Super Low Friction System", which balances multiple elements in high dimension in order to measure a thorough low friction. It started the KASHIMA outer tube which demonstrates the extreme performance with super hard greasing anodized and coated in all sliding parts as possible. It adopts titanium coated inner tube which is excellent in low friction and durability also in the inner tube. In addition, it adopts SKF fork seal, unique self-greasing action which maximizes performance of the titanium coated inner tube. The world's popular SKF fork seal achieves 75% lower friction than the conventional fork seal. Furthermore, NITRON generously introduced the technology regarding on the low friction which they cultivated so far. [Project Point (Wide Range 3WAY Adjuster)]

[Low-speed Compression Adjuster]
It is equipped with a low-speed compression (Pressure Side) adjuster. It has 20-stages adjustment. It is controlled at low-speed operation by needle type adjuster. (Upper small dial is slow)
[High-speed Compression Adjuster]
It is equipped with a high-speed compression (Pressure Side) Adjuster. It has 18-stages adjustment. It controls the adjustment at high speed operation by the tension spring type adjuster. (Lower large dial is faster.)
[Rebound Adjuster]
It has a 24-stages adjustment range with rebound damping which has a major impact on front tire traction. It secures character and stable damping with its unique rebound needle shape.
[Preload Adjuster]
It allows adjustment of the spring preload without any impact on the internal/external dimensions and equipped with a top bolt built-in preload adjuster. The adjustment width is about 18 mm, and it is possible to make fine adjustments of the preload amount of 1mm every time the adjuster is turned.
[43mm Titanium Coat Inner Tube]
The inner tube uses titanium coating that combines beauty, durability and low friction. It has 2-kinds, gold titanium coat and black titanium coat to enjoy the coordination with the outer tube. It offers selection of high quality front forks.
[SKF Fork Seal]
It adopts SKF Fork Seal which is highly evaluated worldwide as a fork seal that covers the conflicting conditions of the low friction and durability. The unique self-greasing sealing material allows the titanium coated inner tube to maximize its performance, and achieves up to 75% lower friction than the conventional fork seal.
[KASHIMA Coat]
It install KASHIMA Coat which earn high evaluation as super hard greased anodized on all aluminum parts that relocates with outer tube, cartridge tube and piston rod. It maintains optimum conditions for a long time by coating the dynamic parts which is exposed to severe conditions while trying to reduce friction as much as possible. The outer tube is available in 2-colors: KASHIMA coat original bronze color and Chic black KASHIMA Coat.
